These terms govern your use of RAMAcreate (ramacreate.ru), a tool for planning and publishing short videos to social media, operated by Daniil Ramazanov (self-employed, Russia). By using RAMAcreate you agree to these terms.
RAMAcreate lets you upload videos and captions and publish them — immediately or on a schedule — to social media accounts you connect through the platforms' official APIs (TikTok, Instagram and others).
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. You must own or have the rights to all content you publish, including music, and comply with the terms and community guidelines of each platform, including the TikTok Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy. RAMAcreate publishes to your connected accounts only what you choose and only when you confirm it.
Do not use RAMAcreate to publish illegal content, spam, or content that infringes the rights of others, and do not try to disrupt the service.
The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every post will be accepted by a third-party platform.
You can stop using RAMAcreate, disconnect your accounts and request deletion of your data at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, RAMAcreate is not liable for indirect damages or for actions of third-party platforms.
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page. Contact: ramacreate@mail.ru
